Aside from being downright rude, this is called Copyright infringement, and is punishable by Law.

Any work of art, such as the photography on this site, is automatically copyrighted to the person who created it, the moment it is created. Neither placing said work of art on the Internet nor failing to ruin it by emblazoning Copyright notices all over it changes this.

A work of art is always copyrighted by its creator and you may not use it unless you have the creator's permission to do so.
